• "BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OVER THE DUBAI CREEK" - The hotel is located in a quite area over the Dubai Creek. Our room was big, clean and we liked it. The breakfast was good and the restaurant's supervisor (an Indian man) was very cheerful and we were welcomed very warmly by him everyday. There's this man called Joseph who was really good and upgraded us to a bigger room (the hotel was full during our stay). The hotel is 10-15 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport and is very near to Al Ghurair Centre. 
  I would recommend it for everyone, especially couples and people on business (my father was on business during our trip).

• "VERY NICE AND HELPFUL STAFF" - I stayed there for 2 nights and it was very calm and nice, staff was very very polite and helpful and special thanks to Ms. Raja who helped me a lot finding my lost mobile in taxi while coming from airport, food is good,nice swimming pool with great view on the creek, will visit this hotel again

• "EXCELLENT HOTEL IN DUBAI.." - Nothing can better than the Carlton Hotel, Dubai in the heart of the city . Service is great with all facilities. One of the best and most hospitable staff one can come across is at Carlton Hotel, they have excellent team. Housekeeping team has been putting a lot of effort which is visible. Love the fact that the staffs in reception were very eager help and they were very smart people keen to address our issues. Rooms are spacious enough and well maintained. The food is good, but the way the staff is able to relate to us is outstanding. . I would say perfect for family vacation. Over all I would say Good. Check-in process is very smooth and quick..

• "GREAT LOCATION BY THE CREEK" - Stayed for 3 nights in Jan 2014.
  Upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite on the 2nd floor by the pool, room 201. Good location within walking distance of the souks and close by the metro for going further afield. 
  Great views from the poolside tables overlooking the frantic scurrying of the small passenger ferries. Fantastic service from the poolside restaurant team who also brought us a coupe of blankets to take the chill off.
  Overall nice place, clean, friendly and great location.
